At Bet the Farm, we keep it simple. We grow Red varieties on our 6-acre estate vineyard and source high quality fruit from other Finger Lakes vineyards. Winemaker/Owner Nancy Tisch carefully guides the grapes through fermentation, aging, and bottling. The result is fruit-forward wines with complexity and a lengthy finish. While our wines have won awards in numerous competitions, we recognize that at the end of the day, you want a bottle of wine that will be great on the porch or perfect with dinner.
After all, wine is personal.
