This trip crosses the lake from the northern launch site at Taughannock Falls State Park, and follows the eastern shoreline to Myers Park.

Description of Paddling Experience

This trip starts at the northern launch site on the west side of Taughannock Creek, crosses the lake to the east, and heads south along the eastern shore of Cayuga Lake to Myers Park. Depending on the weather, particularly the wind direction and speed, paddlers may alternatively wish to launch from the southern launch site at the park.
